Idaho Botanical Garden's Private Gardens Tour

190515 Public Gardens Tour Map 2019-1.jpg

This year’s 35th anniversary of the Idaho Botanical Garden’s Private Gardens Tour explores North West Boise from the Highlands Area to Hidden Springs. The Private Gardens Tour was originally founded by the Lunaria League. A grant established in their name funds educational projects throughout the state. The tour fulfills the Idaho Botanical Garden mission to grow our community by connecting people, plants, and nature, while supporting ongoing programming at the Garden.

The 2019 tour features cottage-style gardens with a variety of flowering plants, drought-tolerant landscapes, a woodland-style garden on a historic apple orchard, and inspired outdoor living spaces. Experience manicured landscapes, wild habitat, and everything in between!

Make a day of it! Stop by Edwards Greenhouse to enjoy the beauty of our Legacy Garden with an iced coffee from Form And Function Coffee and a wood-fired pizza from Off The Grid Pizza, from 10am-3pm. Live music from Doug Brown & Michael Deffreys from 12-3pm.
