Pop – Up Park January 20th – 30th Hours: Monday – Saturday  9a.m. – 5p.m. Sunday 11a.m. – 3p.m. A family friendly park like setting, complete with green grass, blooming flowers, and the smells and sights of spring. Bring a picnic and enjoy the warmth and healing powers of the greenhouses.   Park Rules Children must be supervised at all times. No running outside the park area. No soccer balls, footballs, baseballs or a ball that my harm others. Friendly dogs are welcome on leash in the greenhouse, but not on the grass or park area. Clean up after yourself, your children, and dog. Be respectful of other park goers, plants, and property. The intent for this class is to connect with the Earth and interweave the Energy of the plants and surrounding environment. Yin Yoga My Yin Yoga Flow is a combination of poses that focuses on our breath while holding positions for 3 minutes at a time. This flow is a combination of Yin, Restorative Yoga, with a meditative state of mind that allows us the time to sit with ourselves and just be in the moment. The purpose of Yin yoga is to use the poses to get into the body instead of using the body to get into poses. Kids Yoga My Kids yoga class starts off with a Child’s story and quick discussion on the meaning of the book and how it relates to yoga. After the story an interactive Yoga game is played where the child gets to spin the wheel to pick which yoga pose we do next. The class ends with a closed eye meditation to relax the kids after doing their poses.

Yoga Flow

My Yoga Flow consist of a moving sequence of poses that pairs the Breath with the Movement.
